Rita was formerly the longtime Front Office Manager at JUVA Skin & Laser Center in New York City, where she played an integral role in delivering exceptional patient care and overseeing daily operations. Her years at JUVA helped shape her reputation as a compassionate, knowledgeable, and dependable presence for both patients and staff.

Throughout her career, Rita has been recognized as the heart of the front office—greeting patients with a reassuring presence and ensuring every visit runs smoothly from check-in to follow-up. Fluent in both Russian and English, she is deeply committed to making every patient feel welcomed, supported, and valued from the moment they arrive.
